Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase or if your purchased item is faulty, please let us know as we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange for an item of equal value.
All requests for return or exchange must be made within 30 days of placement of your order. We will not accept requests for returns or exchanges after this period.
You may be entitled for a return or refund if the item you purchase from Betty’s Burgers is:
Faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase;
Significantly different from the photo or description on the website;
Substantially not fit for its purpose (meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would), and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time;
We want you to enjoy your BETTY’S BURGERS merch as soon as you receive your order, so please pick your items carefully. If you have simply changed your mind, we don't currently offer exchanges or refunds.
To request a return, refund, or exchange, please send us a message via the Betty’s Burger email: email@example.com with all details of the item, any photos of faults, reason for return and proof of purchase.
All items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging and condition. All items will be inspected on return, and we reserve the right to issue a refund if items aren't returned in the condition described above.
This returns policy applies to both full price and sale items.
